Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change!

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at info@janejoanjudy.com within 24 hours of placing it.

After 24 hours, your order may have already entered processing or preparation for dispatch, and we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.

If you need to update your product details or shipping information, please reach out within the same 24-hour window. After that, adjustments may not be possible.

Return & Refund Policy

At JaneJoanJudy, we offer a 30-day return period from the day your order is delivered.

If you’re not completely in love with your piece, you’re welcome to request a return within this timeframe.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Shipped with a tracking number
  • Registered with our customer service team before returning

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Initiated Returns (change of mind, wrong item ordered, doesn’t fit): You are responsible for the return shipping cost. These fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items: Eligible for a free replacement, and you do not need to return the item.

Received a Faulty Item?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. The name of the damaged item
  3. A brief description of the issue
  4. Clear photos of the damage
  5. A photo of the outer packaging (if damaged in transit)

Received the Wrong Item?

Please email us with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item you were meant to receive
  3. The item you actually received
  4. A clear photo of the incorrect item

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, item, or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM GMT.

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
  • Your preferred option: refund or replacement

We aim to respond to all return requests within 24 hours.
